Happy Memorial Day to all of our Demolition Families and Friends.  There will be no All Girls Practice today due to the holiday.  

 

This week, Thursday, we will have Coach Eric Biehl as a guest clinician at  Demolition.  Coach Biehl is the current AMC Coach of the Year from Lincoln College.   This coming year, Coach Biehl will be the Head Men and Women's Coach at Eureka College.  We are excited to bring Coach Biehl to Demolition.  

 

Next Week Tuesday, we will be offering a day clinic with Coach Mike Krause.  For those of you who have been to our events with Coach Krause in the past, you know how much fun, intensity, and technique that he brings to every workout.  The flyer is attached and you can sign up at Demolitionathletics.com.
